I am submitting form and the data is going in form data, but on controller request has null parameters in java?

It was working fine but after using some redis commands and adding Dfile =utf-8 in tomcat this issue occurred on teting server. Still it is working fine on my local machine.

Redis Commands were:

redis-cli FLUSHDB,redis-cli FLUSHALL,redis-cli FLUSHALL ASYNC
